Simplified Dress Code For 2021

It is the responsibility of all Members that they and their guests wear clean clothing while playing golf; and they wear clean, dry clothing and shoes when in the Clubhouse.

PLAYING GOLF/ ON THE COURSE

All players must wear golf shoes with socks, a top with collar and trousers, shorts or a skirt. Golf caps to be worn with the peak facing forward. We trust in the good taste of our Members regarding colour and coordination of clothing.

Sleeveless golf shirts/blouses must have a collar and collarless shirts/blouses must have sleeves. Shirts should be tucked in unless they have been designed to be worn otherwise.

Tailored shorts (belt loops and a fly) and skirts, trousers are acceptable. Cargo shorts or trousers with expandable pockets, rugby shorts, sweatpants, jogging pants, jeans; dirty, torn or ripped clothing are Not acceptable.

IN THE CLUBHOUSE/ FUNCTIONS

Clubhouse dress regulations will apply to all areas in and around the clubhouse (including the car park). Beach wear (flip-flops, sliders, crocs or jesus sandals for men) are not permitted. Shoes worn on the course must not be worn in the clubhouse; please change and use clean shoes. No Wellington boots.

Tailored shirts designed to be worn outside trousers are now permitted.

For functions, taking place either in the Clubhouse or in the marquee, a suitable dress code can be agreed in advance with the events team, taking into account, timings of the event and the age/demographic of the guests attending the function.
